Free Speech? Yes! Spamming? No!

A poster who goes by the name of "Heard it here first" has recently spammed this blog, by reposting at least four times, an anti-Vanzant piece originally written by "courthouse insider." This is not acceptable. So, I'm using my mighty power of the delete button, to clean up the mess.

However, this has gotten me to thinking. Many of this blog's topic threads are very long, and it is likely that a few really good postings get "lost" and go unread. So I'm going to allow people to repost, in a special thread, the posts that are written by others, which are of high quality, and which might not have gotten the attention they deserve. Look for "Best of the Blog," coming real soon. But please don't repost (or spam!) content in any other thread Thanks!
