Item Six In Mr. Rackley's List Of Claims
Mr. Rackley states his 6th item as “6) EDC
Lunches - $8 per person is a small amount to pay for each VOLUNTEER member
monthly. For most of us that is ALL we get, a free meal, and yes providing a
meal does encourage our members to attend regularly. We have discussed cutting
this and a motion was made to continue providing this and it passed with one
member voting against.”
Several issues arise from this statement, 1st if
the cost is only $8.00 per “VOLUNTEER member monthly” just how many members are
involved because according to the records the costs based on the checks written
are as follows:
7/31/2011 - Check
Number 4374 - July Board – 154.00
10/3/2011 – Check Number 4417 - Sept. Board - $165.00
11/10/2011 – Check Number 4470 - Lighthouse G - $80.00
11/10/2011 – Check Number 4470 - Oct. Ex. C
- $176.00
12/16/2011 – Check
Number 4499 - Nov. Board - $154.00
2/1/2012 – Check
Number 4531 - Jan Board - $176.00
3/1/2012 – Check Number 4549 - Feb. Board - $176.00
4/1/2012 – Check Number 4587 – March Board - $176.00
Now if the EDC Board is made up of volunteers and restricted
from any compensation for their services how is it they justify these meals at
taxpayer expense totaling in the thousands of dollars each year?
Mr. Rackley claims that the meals are an encouragement for
the volunteers to attend the meetings. If
the volunteers have to be fed as an encouragement to attend the meetings that
leaves me with the question why have a Board made up of less than the most enthusiastic
of members and if an $8.00 meal can induce members can they really be looking
out for the community?
Mr. Rackley also claims in item 6 that the issue of meals
was discussed and the Board voted to continue the free meals. Well, it seems to
me that if a Board member can be swayed to attend meetings by a meal they would
certainly not vote to discontinue the benefit which obviously has become a
compensation in violation of their By Laws.

Quit trying to cover your ass Barrett. It has already been made clear that you have no assets to lose in a lawsuit. Rackley making you look like a dumbass is pleasure enough for everyone you have defamed, slandered and bitched about. If you don't feel like a loser by now, you should.
Alert: I hear they turned on the lights and, depending on the season, either ran the air conditioner or the heat. All at taxpayer expense. We should all be outraged!
I am so pissed that they would have the balls to do something like that, 8:42. What is this county becoming? I heard there was a request to only flush the toilets once 2 number 2s had been dropped.
Looks like the facts are hard to handle so the boss is getting sarcastic. Why not stick to the issue and explain these numbers instead of trying to make fun of the people being ripped off by a couple of overbearing punks with no balls.
Why do you list two Check Number 4470's on the same date but different amounts and payees?
Sounds like June 5, 8:27 P.M.(1st post) may be Mr.Rackley himself. If you can't take the heat, get out of the kitchen. Mr. Rackley knows deep down him and Speer spend way too much money for what the County residents are getting in return. We taxpayers are very tired of silver spoon fed know-it-alls trying to run this county and city. Every time I hear the song "The Boy named Sue" sung by Johnny Cash, I think of Mr. Rackley. That should be Mr. Rackley's first name since every time he opens his mouth he's wanting to sue someone. The fact is these numbers are correct and Sue can't handle the pressure nor will he or the Board try to change any of this type of unnecessary spending. If for nothing else they should want to help the City of Pulaski's budget and the county's budget. Everyone else is having to cut back. Even though the news media wants us to think otherwise, our economy is NOT getting any better.
When the EDC voted to keep the Food Mr Lake said he would pay for the food for a month and he was sure other members would do the same. It was stated it could not happen as it is a conflict of interest but we would like to thank Sain Ass. for supplying todays food, Now that is a conflict!!

I found that at least one Rackley has sat on the board at Hillcrest for 8 years or so.
Just notice the number of threads devoted to an attack on David Rackley and ask yourself why. It is my opinion that, from a clinical perspective, Allen Barrett's hatred and jealousy toward those he feels have wronged him in some way are destroying him.
But wait; there's hope. The idea of forgiveness is being discussed on another thread. And I believe Barrett himself has said that we should forgive even those who do not ask our forgiveness. Interesting.
6:14 Go back and look at what David wrote and the lack of any proof to support his statements. I think even a dumbass like you can see the threads are to show the proof of what Barrett states vs what David stated without any proof. In fact where is any proof of what David states? One has to wonder how any idiot could not see that.

Nope, I believe David did a good job dealing with a troublemaker, and I find it hard to believe that you can't see that for yourself. Perhaps you choose to look the other way, but that changes nothing.
Come on, CG, let's be real about this. Allen hardly attacked rackley about this. What he did was provide page after page to back up his claim that rackley was, shall we say, mistaken in what he posted. I commend B for taking the time to show proof as to what he was saying. So far, we have nothing from rackley to back his statements up. If you didn't know either one of these people, honestly, who would you believe? Documentation goes a long way towards backing up Allen's side of the story.

I don''t have a personal beef with rackley. In fact, I wouldn't know the man if I walked up to him on the street. My beef is with folks, especially ones who serve in any sort of official capacity, who take offense with anyone questioning them about financial or job related matters. I'll ask you the same question I asked CG: If you didn't know either rackley or B, who would you believe based on the documentation provided? It's a simple enough question that should require a simple answer. It's not their money these people are spending, which should make them accountable to the taxpayers, whose money it is.
Rackley bristled like a porcupine the minute Barrett posted the topic, even going so far as to threaten litigation. That doesn't sound like someone who believes in transparency to me. Does it to you?
Besides, I've heard he doesn't care for tater tots. Now, that may just be a rumour, but that's verging on being unpatriotic.

I've missed something I didn't know Barrett accused David Rackley of voter fraud.
Perhaps I'm like the black haired Scandinavian, just a Norse of a different color. If I was innocent, it would not bother me to the extent that it apparently did David. He could at least have tried to offer proof refuting what Allen said. He has no business in the position he is in if his skin is so thin. Just my thinks on the matter. Later, my controversial friend.

Yes, on a different thread last year, WAB, accused David Rackley of tampering with the voting machines and/or the vote count after the polls had closed.
Mr. Barrett, you want to inform 8:45 the date of that posting?

David Rackley is a worthless, petty piece of crap who thinks his feces doesn't smell. I fully believe he did tamper with the voting machines; at the very least he opend them when he had absolutely no business doing so. He is entirely lacking scruples and, in my opinion, would stop at nothing to get what he wants. Why don't you sic your lawyer on me,rackley, for having an extremely low opinion of you?
