Progress of Malpractice Case Against Local Attorney Williams
Depositions were taken yesterday in the malpractice suit against local Attorney Chris Williams. The suit revolves around charges by a Lawrence County doctor who sued Mr. Williams, who had been retained to represent him and apparently missed several filing dates resulting in a judgement against the Doctor. I don't expect this to fade away quietly as it has a major effect on the doctors reputation and he has the finances to follow it through.

Why do we need to hear the news from Athens or Decatur in the morning rather than from Giles County. I swear, the only news you get in the county other than sports, is written by the reporters from our surrounding counties. Dana Keaton was the last reporter we have had in Pulaski.
When was the last time you read or listened to WKSR? I'm looking at the front page of the news section and see nothing about Athens or Decatur. Half of it is first person accounts of local meetings.

What did Hughes do to Vicky that Terry needed to protect her? It has been proven that she lied to the police about Hughes and the video showed he did not touch her but only asked her a question. So what did Hughes do?

I could care less about this thread either. I wish Mr. Barrett would committ to keeping these topics about politics and not use it to sharpen his ax against the Harwells. As much as it is the right of the doctor to sue his attorney for failing to do his job, it's not surprising to see this as a ploy by the doctor to profit from the lawsuit, quite convenient actually.
