Indiana Has Nothing On Giles County When It Comes To Voter Fraud
Voter Fraud Trial May Demonstrate Obama Never Qualified In
2008
Questions will soon be answered as to whether or not Barack
Hussein Obama actually qualified to be on the 2008 Presidential ballot as the
trial gets underway for a former Democrat Party official and a Board of
Elections worker who are accused of submitting illegitimate signatures on
petitions that enabled both Obama and Hillary Clinton to qualify for the race
in Indiana.
Former longtime St. Joseph County Democratic Party Chairman
Butch Morgan Jr. faces multiple felony conspiracy counts to commit petition
fraud, and former county Board of Elections worker Dustin Blythe is charged
with nine felony forgery counts and one felony count of falsely making a
petition of nomination. The proceedings began Monday in South Bend.
Morgan is accused of being the mastermind behind the plot,
by allegedly ordering Democratic officials and workers to fake the names and
signatures that Obama and Clinton needed to qualify for the presidential race.
Blythe, then a Board of Elections employee and Democratic Party volunteer, has
been accused of carrying out those orders by forging signatures on Obama’s
petitions.
Two former Board of Elections officials have already pleaded
guilty to charges related to the scheme and could testify against Morgan and
Blythe.
Former board worker Beverly Shelton, who allegedly was
assigned the task of forging the petitions for Hillary Clinton, pleaded guilty
in March to charges of forgery and falsely making a petition. The board’s
former Democratic head of voter registration, Pam Brunette, pleaded guilty in
April to felony forgery, official misconduct, and falsifying a petition.
Under state law presidential candidates must obtain 500
signatures from each of the state’s nine congressional districts. In the Second
Congressional District, which is St. Joseph County, Obama’s campaign only got
534 signatures, while campaign rival Hillary Clinton got 704.
Prosecutors in the case claim that nine of the petition
pages of signatures for Obama were forged. Each of the pages contain ten names
which makes it possible that up to 90 names were forged. This means Barack
Obama would have been ineligible (not that he isn’t ineligible on other
grounds) should he fall under the legal limit required to qualify. Clinton on
the other hand still had a significant amount of petition signatures to meet
the threshold of 500.
One Indiana State Police investigator, who investigated the
petitions, said in court papers that “selected names at random from each of the
petition pages and contacted those people directly. We found at least one
person (and often multiple people) from each page who confirmed that they had
not signed” petitions “or given consent for their name and/or signature to
appear.”
If you recall, this is the very thing that tripped up Newt
Gingrich up in the Republican primaries when he failed to get on the ballot in
Virginia because authorities claimed that hundreds of signatures on his
campaign’s petitions were fraudulent. One campaign worker pleaded guilty and
another is still facing charges.

These things happen, and keep happening. The frustrating part is how do we stop it? Yes vote, no brainer. One should be able to take action, enforceable action to reverse and correct the corruption.
Talking about these things is a start--like this blog--but then the people who benefit and don't seem to mind the corruption taint and derail the facts. How do we go about taking action without discussion with those who would keep it going? Sounds simple but apparently it's not.
The probable first opposition comment will be something like--"there's nothing wrong, just you few unhappy minority...." Crap -which will prove my point. How do we act on it?
What does any of this have to do with Giles County? I don't recall any courts accusing anyone of fraud in Giles County. I do remember some heavy crying over a loss, but that was a waste of time and money. Lots of money.

Also, what ever happened with Rush Lambo urging GOP members to switch parties and vote for Clinton? Thousands did just that, without pledging allegiance to the Dems. This was a 5th degree felony, and I have heard nothing else about it. Does anyone know?

I believe everything you asked about has been fully discussed on this blog several times and those questions have been fully answered.
The situation in Indiana is exactly the same as in Giles County and most likely will be sweep under the carpet the same way. To make it very clear Mrs Coleman was not qualified in at least two way to be on the ballot but was allowed on it anyway. Like in Indiana she did not have the required number of signatures on her qualification papers. She had also at the same time qualified for the school board which she was allowed to back date a withdrawal statement the day before court convened. Both these issues were discussed and agreed to in the court by the judge also probably of the same party.
Do I believe that the election commission is corrupt, absolutely. Just look at who serves on that commission and haw many are democrats and how many are republicans who did not support democrats in the last election. With Republicans in the majority in Nashville the requirement is that the election commission be a majority republican with a republican as the chair, that is not done here.
I never accused the election commission of committing election fraud. I did and do accuse the election office and the director specifically of either election fraud or gross incompetence based on the number of times she "just couldn't remember" or "it was a simple mistake" or "I don't know how that happened" or I can't explain it", during her testimony under oath.
While this may not be as specific as you need in order to understand I believe that most intelligent people will be able to discern what I have stated. I do love to dance by the way it's physical exercise and good for the heart.

Yes, 9:43, unfortunately it did. Business had dropped off, largely due to the fact that the owners were lax in paying the venders. Naturally, that made it difficult to order enough inventory to have what the customers needed in stock. It got to the point that payroll checks were bouncing so everyone working there went elsewhere. It's a shame, really. One guy had been working there for more than 20 years. He is now working at Tallman's, so that's ok. The other guy took an early retirement and I'm spending more time repairing computers. Thanks for your post and you take care as well.

I did not lie when I referred to the enabler as the enabler. I gave several examples of his supporting the bad behavior and illegal activities of the county executive such as her behavior in the beer distance fiasco that resulted in an Attorney General opinion that was very critical of her actions; there was also the example given of his continued support for Mrs Garner "unauthorized" manipulation of the county budget; the un-prosecuted theft from the Emergency Management Office; the inappropriate appointment of Commissioner Harwell to a position in the Finance Office, etc, etc. The only defense that the enabler has ever offered as proof he is not an enabler is his word that he is a Christian Gentleman. I went back and read your arrogant post again. You are sickening to the core. It seems that you have set yourself up as the judge, arrogantly calling innocent people guilty. And yet, clever enough to avoid an impending lawsuit by refusing to name them.
I think you are so full of hatred that you want to safely destroy good and DECENT people because of your own shortcomings. PLEASE go look in your mirror and have a come-to-Jesus meeting with yourself! Is what you're doing, not only in this matter but in others, worth bearing the scorn of the people and continuing to be the laughing stock of the county?

6:44 ain't there something in the Bible about getting the log out of your own eye before criticizing a speck in somebody elses eye. In your case of your 6:44 comment you need a full crew of loggers to mover the forest in your hypocritical eye.
Here is something else I'm sick of hearing about if you want to know the names do your own damn research or get over it. Stop being so lazy and wanting other people to do your work for you. Don't know how you could tell someone you have no respect for to do research for you that's admitting they are smarter than you are.

What I don't get is why ? Is demanding for him to say the names? Yeah I get someone wants to try an sue someone--but if he's already been to court--people testified--aren't they already named? And although he didn't win---wasnt it apparent that there was irregularity? Maybe just incompetence? Why such a big deal? No matter a court finding--aren't individuals entitled to an opinion? so he lost a court battle--is that supposed to erase something that went wrong?
This is a new and separate issue. He has accused people of a felony in a public way, and needs to name them. Otherwise, I think he is the coward he keeps calling others.
Yet you accuse him of all manner of things without naming yourself. I believe you wrote on here that a person has a right to face his accusers. Does that only apply to the ones Allen has issues with?

Yes, I called Barrett a liar when he accused me of promoting and going along with wrongdoings. That was a lie when he told it and still is. I'm fairly certain that he would like that to go away, but YOU keep bringing it up.
Oh, I get it now. You only have to identify yourself if you accuse someone of a felony. Lesser charges or personal attacks don't require a signature; anonymous evidently does just fine. Whew, I'm glad I finally figured out cg's rules.

I couldn't help but laugh when I read your reference to smelling cowardice a mile away. Why is that? It's because you too are anonymous. What a laugh. And many people continue to wait for Barrett's "startling revelation" as to who those guilty of a felony might be.
I believe it is the Christian thing to do to point out maliciousness, deviousness, feet that are swift to mischief, those who sow strife in the community, etc. By the way, that's Bible.
You mentioned God's not caring how something is worded. That would be highly debatable, but please allow me to leave you with a thought. Words are the clothes our thoughts wear, so it behooves us to go well-dressed. Would you agree?
