A Request From the Blogmaster

Well, I went to Nashville yesterday, and had my eyes checked. The news wasn’t good-- after six months of treatment with medicinal eyedrops, the pressure in my eyes is higher, and my optic nerve is enlarged. (On the other hand, I haven’t had any vision loss, yet.)

So, I would like to make a couple of modest requests. First, if you believe, as I do, in the power of prayer, would you please add me and my glaucoma to your evening prayers? I’d really appreciate it, if you would, and feel that my path to healing lies more in this direction, than in anything my doctor is likely to come up with.

Second, I’ve discovered, from searching the web, that vitamin C, administered via eyedrops, is a very effective treatment for glaucoma. But, no matter how hard I look, I can’t find anyone selling vitamin C eyedrops. If anyone out there in readerland knows where I can obtain a supply of these drops, please let me know. Thanks.

Agree with anonymous. Appreciate what you have done for GC. Whatever awaits you, remember that earthly trials & tribulations are mere challenges - keep God by your side & he will always be with you. Note - I'm sure you are aware of the Lions Club - if you talked to a memmber please do so
