Investigation In Indiana!

My, my how time changes but things seldom do and there seems to always be a Giles County connection. An investigation is being launched in Indiana into the illegal actions of placing a person on an election ballot who did not have the sufficient number of signatures on their nomination paperwork.
It seems that President Obama's nomination petitions had a large number of forged or unaccepted signatures that left him with less than the minimum number to be on the ballot.
The Democrat spokesperson in Indiana stated that "if we had known we were short then we could have went and obtained more". Does this sound familiar?
The election officials have so far only stated, "I guess we made an innocent mistake".

Is this more like the Chicago style of politics or the Giles County style, or have the lines been so blurred that there is no longer any separation between the two?

Why can't you just accept the fact that Mrs. Coleman beat you by a landslide and that the courts saw what you were trying to do?
The election commission did make an honest mistake. Are you trying to suggest that they are lying about that? You are absolutely unbelievable. I don't see how ANYONE can stand to be around you.
In your sick mind, I think you feel you were "done in" by females. I believe you have a hard time dealing with that.
Get over it. Get a life. Get a hobby other than trying to stir up trouble.

So you see nothing wrong with voter fraud and the officials in Indiana should just keep quiet like the good people of Giles County? Apparently for you there is no problem unless someone says something about it, isn't that enabling the wrong?
I never suggested the election office didn't make a mistake but I also said as plain as possible that they lied about the withdrawal from the school board race.

What happened in Indiana was not a mistake. That crap is what got Obama elected. What makes you look bad is the way you compare it to Giles County so you get your negative shot in. I don't know how old you are, but you definitely act like a 5 year old. There weren't any backdoor deals to keep you from winning the race, the voters in your district did that.

It not likely he will be hauled into court about what he said about the election people they said it in court already and looked like complete liars and incompentent fools. Doubt they would want to go through that again. Barrett has done a lot for the people of this county and this same kind of stuff that happened in Indiana has happened here for a long time. Indiana 2008 Presidential Primary Election Fraud Probe Heats Up
By Eric Shawn
Published December 07, 2011 | FoxNews.com
Charity Rorie, a mother of four, sat in her Mishawaka, Ind., kitchen, stunned that her name appeared on a 2008 Democratic presidential primary petition for then-candidate Barack Obama.

"I was very surprised," said the newly elected Democratic chairman of St. Joseph County, State Sen. John Broden. "This is a bipartisan issue that we need to take a look at ... so I hope that this is something, that we as both parties, try to look at what exactly happened, and most importantly, how do we prevent it from happening again."

I like Senator Broden's idea, prevent it from happening again.

I guess from what I read here, truth is determined by how many people support the person stating that truth. I was taught that the truth stood or fell on it's own merit not based on who believed it or who was stating it.
It's like global warming even with no scientific evidence to support it being man-made or even that it exist, and with clear evidence that what studies have been done the results were altered to support wrong conclusions, yet many believe it is the truth so billions of dollars are spent to stop it and we sit in the dark with spiral bulbs that create a far greater environmental hazard than global warming.

The question was asked by a poster at 7:25 this morning "wab Is it not true that both courts told you that you should have questioned the petition BEFORE the election and not after it ended? Please answer that for the readers."

The answer is yes and no. What both courts stated was that had I made the challenged prior to the election her name would have been excluded. The problem was no one but the Election Office and Mrs Coleman knew the names were not legal and neither was about to share that information with me.
I could not prove that the violations had taken place until after two of the people went to vote and applied for provisional ballots because they were not properly registered.
Both courts agreed that violations had taken place and that illegal activity had occurred but neither was willing to do anything about it.
The 7th District was not the only district with voting irregularities. At least one other district had the same problem of unauthorized people to sign nomination petitions. The problem was the candidate did not have the money to spend for an attorney. The 7th District just happened to be the most blatant and the one that was challenged.

The bible says, thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbor....so I guess by pointing out something false in you mind that makes a troublemaker? So Mrs. Coleman didn't do any wrong, does that make it right that she obtained a seat by the false acts/mistakes by others....let see if that logic would apply if the bank mistakingly deposited 100,000 in my bank account----it'd be just as wrong for me to keep it knowing they made a mistake....

In your hypothetical, you should do the right thing and return the money to the bank. The difference would be in your knowing you were doing something wrong. That's just not the case with Mrs. Coleman; both courts saw it, and you need to stop bellyaching. She won in a landslide over barrett, and the petition could have easily been corrected had Mrs. Coleman known it and had the election commission worker caught it im time. The courts also knew that as well. Get over it.

I will explain the difference between the average person and Allen Barrett. Had I been running for a commission seat and lost by as many votes as he did, to peers that don't even have the mental capacity to lead a county, I would have just kept my mouth shut and not wasted my money and time to try and get the election overturned. If I would have lost by a small margin I think I would have brought it to someones attention.

You see, the difference between most people and Barrett is that logic supersedes with the common man. Barrett has shown time and time again that he doesn't think like the common man. When you fight so hard to prove that the local government is overspending, you don't turn around and cost the county money with a lawsuit that is going against the will of the voters. The voters, afterall, represent the county. That is the true definition of hypocrite.

When your hatred for local government runs like the blood through your veins, you can no longer give an unbiased approach to decisions being made by the elected officials. That is where Barrett and those that stand behind the charter have put themselves. It is no longer about what is best for us, but what is best for themselves. This blog is the perfect example of one man putting down everyone and everything that stands between him and a commissioners seat. It is really sad. I have just learned we have to accept that we live and interact with people of his nature everyday. It is best for all of us to ignore them.

---Part one---
Well, it looks like the Fleet Fox has spoken and that resolves all issues concerning me! While I will make no comment about the differences between myself and the “average person” (whatever the average person is) I will comment about the obvious stated difference in myself and the Fleet Fox. Apparently the Fleet Fox, based on his comments, believes that regardless of the matter, as long as a majority of the people accept something or support it we should just keep our mouth shut about it. There is a problem with that kind of “logic” in that once the majority believed the Earth was flat, that Jews were inferior and should be exterminated; that people of color were too inferior to even be considered a full human and even today the majority of people on Earth don’t believe in Jesus Christ. Had there not been people who were “above average” willing to speak out against these things where would our society be now? If the matter is wasting my money…. it was mine to waste as it was mine earned. Just because the courts ruled against me does not make them right, only more powerful, the issue of abortion on demand is allowed by the courts, are you in agreement with that court decision?
While it may seem, certainly to the Fleet Fox, that logic is not present in my decisions I would submit that logic is supreme in my decisions but that my logic may not be based on the same ideas, characteristics and morals and thus I make different decisions. To me, remaining silent in the face of wrong is as immoral as murder.
As for the cost to the county that was not my decision, the county executive chose to defend the wrong actions of her chosen candidate. Just as it was her decision to pay the price for two attorneys when one was already on the payroll.
Contrary to the very “average” Fleet Fox I don’t have the knowledge to know whether there is hatred running through their veins or not, I do however know that there is no hatred in me for this county or its citizens. I do have a great displeasure is seeing the lazy, incompetence that runs rampant in some county departments. I refer to it as “lazy incompetence” because it would only take a small bit of energy and character to change the situation.

Most of the departments and the employees in those departments are very fine hard working people, many who are just as disgusted with the waste and abuse in government as I am.
I must say that I am impressed that the Fleet Fox managed to include in his personal attack against me, a dig at the Charter. The Charter was an initiative of the people, they voted and elected representatives to write the Charter and the people will vote to either adopt the charter or reject it. So far it seems that the most vocal opponents against the Charter are those content with the people having no say in their taxes, their county and seek to keep the county as it was “200 years ago”.

I would remind the Fleet Fox that not one of the 555,276 hits on this blog were the results of me holding a gun to anyone’s head and forcing them to log on. No one has been compelled to post, read or believe anything on this blog by me. I simply provide information and an opportunity for those who wish to respond to do so. Everything, everything I have posted I have put my name on so people could see who was responsible and could hold me accountable for my statements. To date I have had many personal and small minded attacks made against me but no one has presented any evidence that proved my statements were untrue. I could have avoided all the controversy and the personal attacks by simply posting as anonymous or using a nom de plume but that would be inconsistent with my ideas of personal responsibility. While I’m not totally surprised at the personal attacks and criticisms I do wish those who insist of showing their ignorance by claiming to know the motivations of my actions would take a little time and get to know the subject of their outrageous claims. Well over eighty percent of the claims made about me have been utterly false with absolutely no supportive evidence. Not once has anyone making the claim of knowing my motivations had the faintest clue about what they write.

As I have told him before, I try to live my life right before God and would never be involved in or support something I knew to be wrong. That's the "supportive evidence" he's always harping on, and it should be enough.
By the way, the true enablers (of strife) are those like you who continue to keep something stirred up.

Calling someone a liar is not very nice either even if they are. Calling someone an enabler isn't nice either. Too bad you can't see that.

The Bible is filled with examples of where liars are called liars. When they lied, they were challenged.

Do you realize how many times you have posted as anonymous? Do you realize how stupid you are to accuse someone of the things you do without any proof.

Children like to have the last word. Just been reading to see who posted last on every thread.

Some people never grow up.

Your turn so you can be the last one to post.
