Time To Start Work On A New County Charter

After having spoken with a number of folks who are suffering from voters regret, it may be time to break the malaise created from the defeat of the Charter and election of the Chicago thug and start work on a new Charter.
After the behavior and decisions  of some in leadership positions it's easier to become re-energized to the idea of creating a new Charter. Certainly the wild spending that has taken place with the hospital funds being depleted to non existence, money disappearing, bills and personnel not being paid, and no one willing to take responsibility to fix the problems this should be a prime time to get a Charter passed. Especially now that we know to what lengths the opposition is willing to go. Much was learned from the last effort that encourages for the next effort.
I'll have more to say on this subject in the near future.  In the mean time think about and consider what role you would be willing to consider in the monumental effort.
