The purpose of the "Giles Free Speech Zone" is to identify problems of concern to the people of Giles County, to discuss them in a gentlemanly and civil manner, while referring to the facts and giving evidence to back up whatever claims are made, making logical arguments that avoid any use of fallacy, and, hopefully, to come together in agreement, and find a positive solution to the problem at hand. Vandal Caught at Court House Annex

Well it seems that the county with the help of Rackley Technologies used a camera to

catch the person who vandalized at least one vehicle in the parking lot.

If you go to You Tube and type in "Vandal Caught with aid of Rackley

Technologies" you can see the video of the act being committed.

A person identified as Elwin Wayne Stafford, a former employee of the county tax assessor's office, has been arrested and is free on $30,000.00 in bonds. According to the arrest report he was charged with vandalism and is due in court on 2 April 2013.

I wonder if there will be any criticism for the use of the camera to catch the vandal as there was when I used a camera to catch a vandal?
